We are nearly at the end of January, not long now till the new year’s resolutionists begin to give up on their new keep fit plan. Some of these people stop because they have lost the small amount of weight they gained over Christmas. Some give up because they want instant results and don’t want to put the work in. Most of these people will be back at it again in January 2020. If these people stuck to their new year’s resolution it will become easier to maintain as the resolution becomes part of their daily routine. Whatever the reason is for starting an exercise plan keep at it and you will find that becomes something you look forward to.
Setting realistic goals and achieving them, is a good boost to self-esteem. I’ve started Ti chi 😊
