In August 2016 I took part in the Yorkshire half Tough Mudder with my older brother. I know the half doesn’t sound like much, however the bulk of my cardio training at that time was sprinting and spinning classes. I wasn’t sure at the time if I would have the stamina to complete the full race. I didn’t need to worry in the end as I spent more time waiting in line at the obstacles then I spent running. Despite this both myself and older brother got very muddy and had lot’s of fun. Below you will find pictures of the two of us after the race.
